Terms and Conditions of Use for the p88my Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any of the services provided by p88my, you automatically agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document along with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These terms and conditions constitute a valid agreement between you ("Player") and p88my ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register or use the p88my platform.

Continued use of this platform after any amendment to these terms and conditions will be considered as your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Player Eligibility

To register and use the p88my platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list or gambling limit programme.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party when making deposits or participating in games.
• Playing with your own personal funds and not money that is borrowed or obtained through unlawful means.

p88my reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close an account if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to register and hold one active account at p88my. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using the same or different information, is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

• Full name as per your identification card or MyKad.
• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs in your account will be considered your own action unless you have reported any unauthorised access to the p88my support team in a timely manner.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

p88my supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia players including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the p88my platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for each payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
• All withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• p88my only processes withdrawals to accounts registered in the name of the same p88my account holder.
• All transactions are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks.

p88my reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This process is part of our standard security procedure to protect your account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

p88my offers various types of bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated when the bonus offer is announced. The following terms apply generally to all p88my bonuses:

• A welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus value received.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM120, giving a balance of RM220 with a wagering requirement of RM3,000 (RM120 × 25) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• p88my reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is any abuse or misuse of bonuses.

6. Game Rules and Platform Use

p88my players are permitted to use the platform for legitimate entertainment and gaming purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Using automation software, bots, or artificial assistance tools to play.
• Manipulating or interfering with the technical systems of the p88my platform.
• Sharing login details with another individual.
• Using a VPN connection or proxy to conceal your actual location.
• Committing any form of fraud, forgery or money laundering through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.

All game results are final. In the event of a technical fault that affects a game outcome, p88my reserves the right to cancel or replay the round at the discretion of management.

7. Data Security and Privacy

p88my takes the protection of our players' personal data seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the dedicated page.

We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect all data and financial transactions. However, players should also take the following steps to protect their accounts:

• Do not share your login information with anyone.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

p88my reserves the right to suspend or close any player account for the following reasons:

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal actions.
• A self-exclusion request from the player themselves.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the p88my customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned once the standard review process is completed, subject to no breach of terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, p88my and its affiliated companies will not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by players.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond p88my's control, including internet outages, service provider issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to follow the recommended account security measures.
• Disputed game outcomes where no verifiable technical error can be confirmed.

The maximum total liability of p88my to any player, under any circumstances, will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

p88my reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time at the discretion of management. Any significant amendments will be communicated to players via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven days before taking effect.

It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the latest version of these terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the p88my platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered as your agreement to the amended terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your valid balance before the effective date of those amendments.
